Hot Cocoa

We all love a cup of Hot cocoa, especially at the Holidays.

What would make it even better is it being healthy and taste.

Try Raw Cup of Chocolate

  • 2 tablespoon of collagen protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder

  • stevia to taste sweeten <of choices>

  • warm milk and a electric whip to make the cream on top

  • Star of anise

  • cinnamon

warm up the milk and mix in cocoa butter, stevia, star of anise, once warm to hot stop heat then add the nut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder. after in a bowl warm 2 tsp in the whisk till it whips and add a pinch of vanilla and stevia. add to cup finish with cinnamon on top.

I use plant-based protein powder because it is easier on the digestive system that whey protein, which can sometimes cause bloating. I use nut or coconut milk for the same reason. It is easier to digest than regular milk, but if you prefer regular milk, go for it! The nut butter includes good fats in the shake that would have virtually zero fat otherwise. I like organic almond or cashew butter. The collagen protein powder is one of the best-kept secrets in the beauty and nutrition world! It is 100% pure protein and it is good for the lining of the gut, joints, muscle recovery, and skin health!! It is a magic potion that keeps you younger on the inside as well as the outside. It has no taste. You can find a few on Amazon, go for the grass-fed/pasture-fed option as it is less inflammatory than grain-fed beef.
